FLATBREAD


Easy and versatile. 

Just two ingredients are all you need:
100g self raising flour + extra for dusting
75ml natural yogurt
(along with a bit of water)

Makes 4 

Weigh out the flour
Add the yogurt
Mix well. Add enough water to make a firm dough. Knead a little until silky smooth,
Take a quarter of the dough and roll it out as thinly as you can.
Place in a hot pan (no oil needed).
Cook for a couple of minutes. You will probably start to see bubbles appearing in the dough. 
Then turn and cook the other side.
When cooked, it will puff up.
